You can also visit Arsalan that offers excellent meals. Quest mall and other places worth exploring were a few steps away from the hotel. All in all an excellent experience. Don't forget to explore Ballygunge neighborhood

The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of Indian food options nearby. The staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist with car rental, SIM card purchase, and even dealing with a difficult taxi driver. The spacious room was clean and the WiFi connection was strong, making my stay enjoyable. The manager was particularly commendable for his kindness and assistance. a great experience.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting me with car rentals, sim card purchases, and even dealing with a difficult taxi driver. Their prompt and friendly service made my trip much smoother. The location was also convenient, with plenty of Indian food options nearby, and a farmer's market just a few meters away. The hotel itself was clean and had good facilities, and the room was spacious and well-maintained. The WiFi was super fast, and the front desk responded quickly to any requests. The manager in particular was fantastic and ensured a wonderful stay. the staff, service, cleanliness, and location were all excellent.

During my Xmas stay, the hotel provided free breakfast and clean sheets/towels. It also had a great location, close to public transportation and various tourist attractions. the room had a nice view from the window.
The staff were very unprofessional and did not seem to care about their guests. The room was not soundproof, which made it difficult to sleep at night.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the clean rooms with a good level of comfort. We also enjoyed the convenient location close to public transport and the local market which made it easy to find our way around. the hotel staff was friendly and welcoming which added to the overall positive experience.
The lack of amenities provided in the room. Our room had no iron or hairdryer.
